Welcome
I created this website to highlight my experiences working as a Construction Project Manager building Energy Star and LEED certified multi-family buildings in New Jersey.
I began working in the industry back in 2004 with a construction management company that handled many of the Northeast capital improvement projects for Simon Property Group. Since 2006, I've been working with one of the most successful affordable housing developers in New Jersey.
Along the way, I've earned my M.S. in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology as well as my LEED AP Homes Accreditation.

I recently served as the LEED Team Leader on the very first LEED for Homes Platinum Certified multi-family buildings in the State of New Jersey, Berry Street Commons in Somerset.
I'm currently the Project Manager and LEED Team Leader for Roseville Commons, which stands to be one of the first LEED for Homes Mid-Rise Pilot Program Gold Certified multi-family buildings in New Jersey.
