Welcome

I created this website to highlight my experiences working as a Construction Project Manager building Energy Star Qualified and LEED Certified multi-family buildings in New Jersey.

Since 2006, I've been working with one of the most successful affordable housing developers in the country while earning my M.S. in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology as well as my LEED AP Homes Accreditation.

I served as team leader on the very first LEED for Homes Platinum Certified low-rise multi-family buildings in the State of New Jersey, Berry Street Commons in Somerset.

I also served as Project Manager for Roseville Commons, which was the first LEED for Homes Platinum Certified mid-rise multi-family building in New Jersey.

Currently, I'm serving as Project Manager for Grand Central Housing, a 70-unit multi-family building in Orange, NJ designed for LEED for Homes Mid-Rise Platinum Certification and New Jersey Climate Choice Certification.
